The Bamboo Closet line of Practice Silk Fans are custom made specifically for our shop, making them a truly unique training set! Made with pure silk and lighter weight bamboo staves, beauty has not been compromised. These Fans are not dyed by Whitney nor assembled in house. Our imported Practice Fans are hand dyed and assembled to our design and dimension specifications by a trained team overseas. The bamboo shape, silk weaver, stitching style, and construction processes are different from the processes and materials we use to craft our in house Signature Artisan Silk Fan and Sacred Silk Fan offerings. These differences allow us to offer our Practice Fan Line at a lower price.
Due to the nature of the production process, Silk Fans may occasionally have minor imperfections such as subtle dye freckles, small glue marks, or wear from the sewing and construction process. These are rarely visible when the fans are in motion and do not affect functionality or beauty of the Silk Fans.
We are still actively in the design development phase for this new line of Practice Fans. Design details and offerings will continue to evolve into the summer of 2026 as we refine our production process.
