Artist's Choice Mystery fans are perfect for you then! The color combo and design of your silk fans will be entirely up to me. I often create new, unique color gradients for Artist's Choice orders, experimenting with new dye colors, designs and techniques. Sometimes I send out a slightly different variation of one of my standard dye designs.  The final design and color choice is ultimately up to me. These are not lower quality than my standard fans, they are simply a surprise! 

• Selecting quantity 1 = one pair of fans one right hand, one left hand.
• 100% silk hand dyed veils
• Light weight 5mm 45 inch wide silks
• Hand sanded bamboo staves
• Rolled hem finished Straight Edges come standard with every Silk Fan order to preserve the delicate edges of your fan veils.
• Every item is hand dyed and assembled by hand with love.
• No two pairs of fans are identical. Ombre ratio varies depending on the length of the veils and dye batch. All colors are custom blended and silks are dyed and assembled by hand, This can cause colors and design ratio to vary slightly.
• Small concentrated dye freckles occasionally appear on veils during the dyeing process. These are not visible while in motion. These make each item even more unique!
• Please keep in mind that different screen types can slightly change the appearance of colors.

• Artist's Choice fans are Made to Order with a creation time of 2-6 weeks.
• If you would like your order to be completed sooner please purchase the "Rush My Order" add on for an expedited creation and processing time.

• No, this is not a custom color design request item. By ordering this you are purchasing a Mystery colorway.
• You are not able to choose which colors you want your mystery fans to be.
• If there is a specific color that you absolutely do not want included in your fan design, please email: support@thebamboocloset.com with your order information within 48 hours of purchase.
• You are able to select from the drop down menu which length you would like your fan veils to be
• You are able to add a shaped edge cut to the ends your fan veils by purchasing the Shaped Edge Cut add on.

• All Silk Fan orders come standard with a straight edge cut and finished rolled hem for no fray edges for no additional cost. No extra steps necessary!
• If you would like to have a Shaped Edge Cut applied to your Silk Fan order please purchase the "Shaped Edge Cut" add on for an additional $15.

• We do not offer order cancelations.
• All sales are final, however please let us know if there are any issues with your order. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us!
• If your order is damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. For insurance purposes take photos of the damaged packaging prior to opening as well as photos of the product damage.
• If your order does not arrive within 45 days of shipment please contact us at support@thebamboocloset.com so that we can start the insurance claim process. All orders are shipped fully insured. If your package gets lost in transit you will be 100% refunded for your order.
• We cannot be held responsible to replace stolen packages that have been scanned as delivered or packages delivered.
