• If your order is damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. For insurance purposes take photos of the damaged packaging prior to opening as well as photos of the product damage.
• If your order does not arrive within 45 days of shipment please contact us at support@thebamboocloset.com so that we can start the insurance claim process. All orders are shipped fully insured. If your package gets lost in transit you will be 100% refunded for your order.
• We cannot be held responsible to replace stolen packages that have been scanned as delivered or packages delivered.
