Can I add an Edge Cut to my fan order after I’ve already purchased my silks?
Yes! Please purchase your Edge Cut from the link below within 24 hours of your fan purchase. If Edge Cut add on is purchased separately from your silks, you MUST send us a follow-up email at support@thebamboocloset.com so we can add a note to your original order. In your email, please include order numbers for your original silk purchase and edge cut add on purchase If applicable, please specify which product your would like your edge shape selection to be applied to by including, the colorway, size, and length of the silks. If a follow up email is not sent, we cannot guarantee the edge cut will be added to your order.
Edge Cuts purchased more than 24 hours after your fan order are not guaranteed to be added to that order. If this happens, we will cancel and refund your Edge Cut order.
Please note, you will not receive a physical item by purchasing the Edge Cut add on. By purchasing this you understand that a shape will be cut into your silk fan order and that you will not receive a physical item. If an Edge Cut add on is purchased but no Silk Fans are purchased, your order will be marked as complete and you will not be refunded.
